Overview

Rape Crisis Center, Inc. (RCC) is seeking a part-time Business Manager who is responsible for bookkeeping, grant and contract management, financial management, and human resources. The right candidate will have federal, state, local and foundation grant compliance experience to include developing budgets for proposals, balancing multi-grant income and creating financial reports for funders in accordance with their requirements. The position requires someone with demonstrated-proficiency with QuickBooks & Microsoft Office software; 3-5 years minimum experience with bookkeeping; experience with budgeting and audits; ability to work quickly and with a high level of accuracy; ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; human resources experience; strong problem-solving skills; ability to balance multiple priorities; clear verbal and written communication skills; and an understanding of and commitment to the mission and work of the Rape Crisis Center.

The ideal candidate will have experience with non-profit bookkeeping and QuickBooks for Nonprofits, and a background working with social justice, social service or crisis intervention organizations.
