PA Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) is currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer to oversee the collaborative coordination, development and reporting of PCADV financial management and establish standards to assure consistency and quality of all PCADV organizational management of finances, IT and personnel.

To be considered for this position, you must posess:

  • a minimum of ten years of experience in fund accounting and financial management;
  • a minimum of five years of nonprofit AND financial/grant management experience
  • a minimum of five years of supervisory experience;
  • knowledge of uniform guidelines and cost allocations
  • experience in overseeing IT and HR functions

Qualified candidates will possess knowledge of nonprofit financial management and auditing standards, and demonstrate an understanding of the goals and philosophies of PCADV. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field required; CPA preferred.
