Overview

The Director of Client Services (DCS) is responsible for managing all services provided directly to RCC’s clients. The DCS supervises all direct services staff including, counselors, therapists, support-group facilitators, 24-hour medical and legal advocates, crisis services coordinator, and interns.  Staff are located at the main office, UW-Madison, Edgewood College and Madison College.  The DCS is responsible for directing the development of all client programming and services, for coordinating services with the Executive Director and Education Program Director, for department grant development, writing and reporting, for working in collaboration with all systems related to RCC’s services across the county, and for setting and meeting goals for the department. The DCS is part of the agency’s executive team and is supervised by the Executive Director.  As with all RCC employees, the DCS must be committed to providing services with and to a variety of cultures with cultural awareness, sensitivity and humility.
