Are you an inspired and inspiring leader with a passion for social justice and improving systems’ responses to victims of domestic violence? Are you someone who is invested in our vision that domestic violence can and must come to an end for the next generation? PA Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) is currently seeking a Director of Philanthropy to develop and implement a comprehensive Fund Development Plan that includes annual giving, grants, major gifts and planned giving. In this role, The Director of Philanthropy  will stabilize, diversify and grow funding resources, work with management to determine funding priorities and articulate the financial need and the measured outcomes of the priorities and develop cooperative working relationships with donors and continue on-going communication.

 To be considered for this position, you must posess a minimum of ten years of experience in all aspects of development, including volunteer recruitment and management, annual giving, donor stewardship, grant research and proposal development, major gifts and planned giving; a   minimum of 3 years of management experience and a CFRE. A Master’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
