The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) is dedicated to reducing, preventing, and educating the community about domestic violence. We are currently seeking an Executive Coordinator to provide high level administrative assistance to the Executive Director and contribute to the efficiency of the organization. Duties will include:
1. Assisting with the coordination and prioritization of day-to-day and long-range administrative work of the Executive Director, PCADV Board of Directors, the Membership Steering Committee, and Membership Coalition.
2. Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements for the Executive Director and other staff and board/committee members as requested.
3. Organizing and maintaining files for the Executive Director, and the organization overall.
4. Organizing and coordinating the preparation of meeting packets for PCADV Board meetings, Membership meetings and other meetings as necessary.
About Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence
To be considered for this role, you must possess at least an Associate’s degree and a minimum of 5-years’ experience in office administration and supervision. Additionally, the following are required:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency using the Microsoft Word Suite, as well expertise using technology, including database programs and project management software.Demonstrated knowledge of office systems and equipment, including organizational administration, and essential elements of effective/efficient office procedures and protocols.Experience working both independently and collaboratively.Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adjusting activities to complete work within established timeframes.Excellent analytical/anticipatory thinking skills, and problem-solving skillsThis is a fast-paced, multi-faceted position that has contact with many of our constituents, including board members, member programs, and collaborators.
