JWI is seeking an individual with a demonstrated interest in federal policy, women’s issues, and progressive interfaith work to help manage our policy and advocacy portfolio. JWI works on a broad range of issues including domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking, reproductive rights, and economic justice. Responsibilities will include attending coalition meetings, briefings, and hearings, coordinating and attending meetings on the Hill, researching legislation, drafting fact sheets, writing action alerts and press releases, and planning online advocacy campaigns.
