The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) seeks a Training Institute Manager. The PCADV Training Institute Manager is responsible for achieving the goals of the Institute as outlined in the organization’s strategic plan by leading, managing and coordinating the development of the strategic direction and the day-to-day planning, execution/implementation and maintenance of Training Institute activities undertaken by PCADV. The Manager is also responsible for the development of professional relationships within as well as external to PCADV in order to promote training opportunities for the Coalition. The Training Institute Manager will convene the Training Institute workgroups and advisory groups as partners in the various functions of the Institute. The Training Institute Manager will also ensure the efficient operation of Institute functions including consultant/vendor contract management.
Qualified candidates must have:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and five years’ experience in the learning and development field required.
o Experience with needs assessments and evaluating training using Kirkpatrick’s four levels of evaluation.
o Experience with design and development of instructor-led training, development of e-Learning, and working with subject matter experts.
o Experience with LMS.
- Demonstrated staff supervision experience.
- Experience working in domestic violence preferred, (or social justice, systems advocacy or social change) preferred.
- Experience planning a multi-day, multi-workshop training conference/event preferred.
