Coordinate and promote initiatives across ActBlue to increase staff participation and engagement
Analyze internal D&I data trends to measure progress and program effectiveness, to inform ongoing D&I strategy, and to provide reports to appropriate stakeholders
Promote and moderate rich dialogues with a diverse set of contributors from across the organization by creating and facilitating safe spaces for honest and practical discussions around D&I issues as they emerge
General D&I Consultation
Serve as a trusted D&I advocate and thought partner across various levels as we ensure a D&I lens is applied to organization-wide initiatives
Partner with the People and Culture team to consult on the creation of structures to support consistent D&I learning, including the implementation of a D&I-embedded, comprehensive learning and training strategy that establishes common language and behavioral expectations
