·         Assist with mailings

·         Data entry and clean-up (Salesforce)

·         Other fundraising support as needed

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have interest in non-profit development, a passion for social justice and LGBTQ rights, and strong organizational skills. We appreciate attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions, as well as the ability to take direction, show initiative and follow through in a dynamic environment.

This is 200-hour internship with a $750 stipend. The time commitment is relatively flexible, with an expected start date in September and end date in December. GLAD’s office hours are 9am-5pm with the occasional evening or weekend event. Past interns have worked 15 – 20 hours a week on average.

GLAD requires all staff, volunteers, and interns working in GLAD’s office, at events, or engaging in any in-person work on GLAD’s behalf to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Interns may request an exemption to this policy as a reasonable accommodation for religious and/or medical reasons.
