Leadership Now seeks a full-time Impact Manager with an MBA or equivalent experience (5+ years in consulting, finance, tech, product management). The role involves driving the growth of our organization, focusing on mobilizing women business leaders nationally and strengthening state-level leadership and political power.
Activities include:
- Strategy Development
- Project Management: organizing and driving agendas of members, academic experts, business leaders, partners organizations and candidates/elected officials
- Financial/impact analysis of strategic investments that further Leadership Now’s mission
- Supervision of associates conducting market research, data analysis, and related tasks
This role will be a hybrid remote. There is an option to work in person if based in New York or DC. In either case, expect to travel up to 15% – 25% within the U.S.
