SUMMARY
EMILYs List, the nation’s largest resource for women in politics, is searching for a Fundraising Data Analytics Lead to join our Data and Tech team. The Fundraising Data Analytics Lead to support our fundraising teams and lead all analytics work.

Essential Job Functions

  • Collaborate closely with Digital and Marketing teams to maximize fundraising revenue through segmentation, testing, and optimization.
  • Produce reports and dashboards with clear strategic recommendations.
  • Participate in ETL and data cleaning processes.
  • In conjunction with the CTO, scope and improve pipelines, infrastructure, and develop new analysis.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced Python/R and SQL knowledge
  • Knowledge of Looker and other BI Tool
  • Knowledge of Git
  • Experience with Looker is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with colleagues in a consultative manner are critical to success. Ability to apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.

The salary range for this position is $122,000 – $145,000 and comes with a comprehensive benefits package. The starting pay for this position is equal to others at the same level throughout the organization. Our office is based in Washington, DC. This position is eligible for full-time remote work. This is a cycle position with an end date of December 31, 2024.
