Project Begins: Sep 23, 2024

Estimated Project Length: Sep 23, 2024 – Nov 8, 2024

Hourly Rate: $75/hr for up to 15 hours a week

Project Overview: MoveOn is looking for an experienced Google Analytics consultant to provide guidance to the Digital Member Experience (DMX) team. Consult is needed to identify key insights within web analytics to help make data-led strategic decisions, in addition to confirming and improving the proper setup of data collection within GA4

Scope of work:

Conduct an audit of current Google Analytics setup
Work with stakeholders to document reporting and tracking requirements
Work with Tech team to integrate additional data into GA4 reporting via Segment
Create Google Analytics reports on custom web applications, including setup and collection of custom events and conversions
Train MoveOn staff on GA4 use and best practices

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital analytics
Experience with Google Analytics 4 implementation and reporting
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
Familiarity with integrating digital analytics using Segment

Location: RFP is open to individuals/firms based in the contiguous U.S.

Cost and availability: Include any limitations on your availability. This role is budgeted for $75 per hour for up to 15 hours per week during the duration of the project.

Most-favorable terms:

MoveOn reserves the right to make an award without further discussion of the proposal submitted. Therefore, the proposal should be submitted initially on the most favorable terms that the vendor could propose. There will be no best-and-final-offer procedure. MoveOn does reserve the right to contact a vendor for clarification of its proposal.
The vendor should be prepared to accept this request for proposal for incorporation into a contract resulting from this request for proposal. Contract negotiations may incorporate some or all of the vendor’s proposal. It is understood that the proposal will become a part of the official procurement file on this matter without obligation to MoveOn.
No obligation to contract:

This request for proposal does not obligate MoveOn to contract for services specified herein.

 

Rejection of proposals:

MoveOn reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any and all proposals received without penalty and not to issue a contract as a result of this request for proposal.
