Empower Project

The Regional Organizing Director (ROD) will lead a team of Community Organizers (COs) for a statewide paid relational organizing program in Wisconsin.

The RODs will onboard, train, monitor metrics for, and coach up to 10 COs, as well as conduct related administrative tasks.
