Subscription Launch Support
Outgrow Your Garage believes that business development should be accessible to all, regardless of income level, race, or geographic region, and we’re looking for a salesperson who supports that mission. This position will assist with the launch of our subscription program and will focus on developing educational materials for subscribers, assist with building marketing and sales funnels, and work with the sales staff to create a process for quality, long-term subscriber relationships.

This position is fully remote, and can be performed from anywhere in the US. Pay starts at $25 per hour, plus commission. This position is a 1099 contractor part time position, and expected to last through June 2023. At the end of the launch period, this position may transition into a full time salaried role supporting the subscription program, depending on the candidate’s interest and skills. This position may be done in conjunction with our Sales Development Representative role for a full time equivalent position.

Expected Duties:

• Developing marketing and sales funnels for subscription programs
• Create learning materials for new subscribers in how to use and market the program
• Support new subscribers and build SOPs for program use
• Work with leadership team to ensure smooth program launch and cohesive messaging between sales program and user experience

Job Requirements:

• Must be interested in working with small businesses and support Outgrow Your Garage mission of increasing access to business development resources
• Must have at least 1 year of previous sales experience
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Must be over 18 years of age
• Must be comfortable with cloud based technologies such as Google Drive, Slack, and project management platforms such as Airtable, Trello or similar
• Proficient in written and spoken English

Preferred Candidate will have some or all of the following:

• Have experience working a remote job
• Interest in small businesses and their growth strategies
• Good communication skills, with an interest in a collaborative work environment
• Interest in learning new technologies and sales/marketing strategies
• Have experience in developing sales strategies and evaluating prospects
• Interest in developing relationships with new and existing partner organizations

Pay and Benefits:

• $25 per hour plus commission, paid bi-weekly
• Fully remote (can be done from anywhere within US)
