Senior People Operations Consultant

Role Overview

The Senior People Operations Consultant will report to DevelopWell’s Managing Partner and Principal Consultant, Akailah Jenkins McIntyre. This role requires an experienced consultant and project manager with expertise in HR, organizational development, DEIJ, and facilitation. You will serve as a lead consultant, working closely with our clients to advise on and implement people operations strategies, systems, and structures that are values-driven and results-oriented.As a Senior Consultant, you’ll manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, working with organizational leaders to meet their people needs, while also contributing to business development by retaining and growing client accounts.
