Position Title: Police Officer
Salary Information: $5,275 – $6,615 (Dependent on Qualifications)

Department Overview:
The Eagle Point Police Department serves a supportive community and has developed strong relationships with residents and the City Council. Eagle Point is a city of nearly 10,000 people, close to both Medford and rural areas offering outdoor recreational activities like fishing, hunting, hiking, biking, and boating. The location provides easy access to the ocean, high desert, and mountains.
The department operates with the latest technology and equipment, including new patrol cars, sidearms with red dot systems, department rifles, Taser 10s, Axon bodycams, and ALPR/Fleet 3 systems in patrol vehicles.
This position involves rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The department is seeking motivated individuals who want to serve the community, participate in special events, and contribute to new programs and crime prevention efforts.
