Our Client Strategy Associate role offers you a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing in the progressive community at one of the industry’s premier firms. Our Client Strategy Associates help Account Managers and Lead Strategists compile and analyze campaign data that guides our clients’ campaigns while also learning the basics of client management. In this role, you’ll assist our clients with a variety of objectives, including digital advertising and persuasion, mobilization, grassroots fundraising, and supporter acquisition.

As a member of our team, you will:

Develop analytics reports on email, advertising, and social media campaigns using spreadsheets and other tools (estimated 50% of day-to-day)

Analyze analytics reports, identifying important performance updates and week-to-week changes for client teams (10% of day-to-day)

Assist account teams in building strong client relationships through clear client communication and attending weekly calls (15% of day-to-day)

Assist account teams with internal account management, working closely with our media, content, creative, and accounting teams on a variety of projects (15% of day-to-day)

Monitor developments with assigned clients and suggest creative concepts (5% of day-to-day)

Assist with creation of landing pages and other easy-to-learn production tasks (5% of day-to-day)

Receive content best practice training and assist the writing team with content development (as needed, but not regularly a part of the day-to-day)

Receive HTML training to be able to assist the production team with email execution (as needed, but not regularly a part of the day-to-day)

Relevant details:
Salary band: $48,000 – $57,000

This is a full-time, non-exempt position and evening and weekend work can be expected at key points during the election cycle. This is a union-represented position.
This position is based in our office in Washington, DC. Due to COVID-19, our offices are closed and all employees are working remotely through at least January 2023.
