Tammy Baldwin for Senate is seeking an Operations Assistant to join U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin’s 2024 Senate campaign. The Operations Assistant will work closely with the compliance and operations team on all aspects of the operation. This is an entry level, full-time position in Madison, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities:
– Manage the intern program
– Manage the campaign email inboxes and office phone
– Office management
– Occasionally support in person events with logistics, coordination, staffing, etc.
– Driving the Senator
– Support Operations Director as needed
Qualifications:
– Familiarity with common spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to balance between competing tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail
– Experience with customer service or speaking with donors or voters on the phone
– Experience with NGP donor management software
– Experience with managing and/or training peers preferred
Compensation
$4,500 per month
Mileage reimbursement for campaign travel

This is a bargaining unit position with the IBEW
