About the Role
The Digital & Design Associate is responsible for engaging a variety of audiences online in support of VoteMama’s mission, as well as developing VoteMama’s visual brand assets. The Associate will manage the backend technology and the creation of visual content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms, ensuring the content reflects core values around racial equity and diversity.
The Digital & Design Associate will drive and develop organizational content and strategy in all Digital Communications to uplift the organization’s vision and brand.
The ideal candidate for this position is eager to grow in the digital engagement field, specifically content design and systems management. You consider yourself an expert at creating compelling content and graphics for digital publication across multiple platforms with a variety of audiences. You nerd out at self-teaching and quickly learning new digital technologies, programs, and platforms of all sorts. The Digital & Design Associate will report to Amanda MacDonald, Digital and Creative Director.

This position is a remote in the DC/NY area and requires travel for in-person events as needed.
Benefits and Compensation
Salary: $65,000-75,000
