Advocacy Manager

The Advocacy Manager leads grassroots organizing for the Foundation’s advocacy campaigns and serves as an ambassador with volunteers, coalition partners and key community contacts. Primary responsibilities include cultivating and stewarding relationships with volunteers, a wide range of coalition partners and legislators to advance the mission of Women’s Foundation.

• Recruits, trains, supports and empowers volunteers
• Provides leadership for community partnerships and grassroots efforts
  Organizes community events and all related logistics, outreach and recruitment
• Assist with marketing efforts for grassroots field campaigns, donor relations projects and health center services
• Represents Women’s Foundation’s mission and policy positions when speaking to external audiences

This position is ideally based in North FL and will work closely with volunteers and partners across the state. The role is telecommuting and requires some travel across the state and night and weekend programs.
